General Rental Outline: Brewery rental means that we close to the public and 100% of our taproom space is yours. The pricing below reflects what we ask that you spend with us during your time in our brewery. There are no “hold fees”, deposits, or any other types of charges.

SUN-THURS: A MINIMUM OF $200/HR SPENT

FRIDAY: A MINIMUM OF $250/HR SPENT

SATURDAY: A MINIMUM OF $300/HR SPENT

A failure to meet these minimums will result in us charging the difference to the card on file.  You may fill your obligation to the brewery by purchasing Beer to Go (keg, growlers, bottles) or Merchandise and/or Gift Card(s) to meet the remaining balance.  This payment does not, however, include gratuity.

Bad Jimmy’s reserves the right to refuse rental for any events deemed inappropriate for our venue. Please review these rules and regulations carefully.

 

Amenities

The rental includes the private use of our facility. Access to Wi-Fi, Board Games and Our upstairs Arcade that includes pinball, Big Buck Hunter and a Nintendo 64. There are also three separately controlled televisions and a large projection screen for presentations.  For sound/music we offer indoor/outdoor speakers, microphone access, a jukebox, and a record player.

Bad Jimmy’s does not have a kitchen, but maintains a close relationship to Big Mario’s, The Dish and The Leary Traveler which are all on property. Outside food may be brought in, as well as hosting a catered event.

Cancelations

Any cancelations outside of 48 hours will be charged a $300 cancellation fee.

General Rules & Regulations

Smoking and vaping is not allowed anywhere in the indoor facilities or in the outdoor beer garden. Smoking and vaping is allowed only in the parking lot or on the sidewalk. Dogs and minors are allowed to attend events and Bad Jimmy’s in general.

It is the client's sole responsibility to provide adult supervision at all times for children, special needs adults and animals while on property.

The client agrees to accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to their guest’s property and Bad Jimmy’s Brewing Co.’s building, its grounds, its equipment, or its furnishings; the cost of replacement or repair of any item will be charged to the client. Bad Jimmy’s and its insurers are not to be held liable for any damages or loss.

Firearms, other weapons, fireworks, explosives and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

Guests may bring outside alcohol onto the premises with a proper Washington State Banquet Permit:

During Event

The client is responsible for any damages that occur during the use of the facilities and grounds.

No one under the age of 21 will be served or allowed to consume alcohol on Bad Jimmy’s property.
